I get it, you guys hate split APKs as much as I do. So why doesn't Raccoon simply merge them into a traditional APK? Is that even possible?
Isn’t it strange? Even on Android, we still use the floppy disk icon to convey “save”. No device ever had a disk drive and by now, most users probably never handled a floppy to begin with.
The Android ecosystem never fails to present new and fascinating get-rich-schemes.
'Can I use Raccoon to download paid apps for free?' - Ok, it's a question that pops up now and then, so we probably have to talk about it.
Well, Trumpelstilzchen won (this time). The Huawei Mate 30 won't come preloaded with Google Apps, meaning it will pretty much not come at all. But what if Huawei decided to simply ignore the embargo and ship with the Gapps suite anyway. After all, the company is based in China, way outside of US jurisdiction. Could Google lock Huawei out of Play if push came to shove?
Something went utterly wrong with the app ecosystem. Sure, if you can’t trust code, you sandbox it, but Android and IOS Sandbox everything. Why has it become the norm for Joe Average to deal with untrusted code?!
What do actually know about Harmony OS? Nothing much so far, except that it is Huawei's attempt to break free from Google and everyone is having high hopes for a spyware free smartphone.
